Error codes in the printed reports
Error codes will be printed on the activity reports and after delayed timer
transmissions. These error codes will help you to identify and rectify any
problems.
Error code
Description
OK
The fax transmission was successful.
10
No answer from the receiving fax machine.
12
No answer.
19
Memory overflow during transmission reception.
20
Transmission was interrupted by pressing the STOP key.
21
Document jammed. Remove the jammed document and place it correctly in
the document feeder.
22
Quantity of transmitted pages is not identical to the entered quantity of pages
(with page count function).
27
Timer delayed transmission or document broadcasting function was
interrupted or the document feeder did not contain a document.
30 onwards
Poor quality print-out due to poor telephone line connection. If this error code
appears frequently, please contact your local Minolta service centre.
40 onwards
The receiving fax machine is not ready for operation.
50 onwards
The transmission was interrupted by the receiving fax machine or the
telephone line connection was interrupted.
60 onwards
Telephone line connection not good enough for fax transmission
71 onwards
Fax transmission not possible due to compatibility problems. Check the
setting of software switch 26. See page 8-2.
