Scan Operation
You have three ways to choose from to perform the scan operation depending on
whether the destination is set with a one-touch key or a one time key, or set through
direct input from the copier control panel.

Specifying the destination using a one-touch key:
1. Press the Scan key on the copier.
2. Select the “Destination” tab.
3. Select the “IndexList” key.
4. Select the target index from the index list. Touch “Enter.” (Registering Index

5. Select the one-touch key in which the destination has been set. The one-touch
keys that can be used at this time are only those, for which “Scan To E-mail” has
been set for Job Type when one-touch key registration was made.

• One-touch key registration is possible from Network Management Utility Light.
