Clearing a Speed Dial
!
Print the Telephone Directory before you begin
clearing. See “Reports, Telephone Directory.”
This provides a reference of the speed dial numbers
already programmed.
There are three ways to clear a speed dial number.
•
Programming new information as a replacement to the
existing speed dial information.
•
Using DEL to erase the existing speed dial information.
•
Using Clear
To program new information, refer to “Programming Speed
Dial Numbers.”
To use DEL, refer to “Programming Speed Dial Numbers.”
When the existing number is displayed, use DEL key to erase
the information.
Using Clear
1 Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.
2 Press
Ä
to select
Location Program
, press Enter.
3 The cursor will be at
Speed Dial
. Press Enter.
4 Select the speed dial number to be deleted (One Touch,
2-digit, 3-digit).
5 Press Clear.
6 Press Enter.
7 Press Menu/Exit to return the machine to standby mode.
