Dialing Another Fax Machine to
Request Documents (Polling
Reception)
Your machine can contact a remote fax machine and request
documents from it. This is called polling or polling
reception.
Your machine can poll only one machine at a time.

Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.

Enter mailbox numbers, maximum of 20 characters (0-9,
space, *, #), press Enter.

Enter desired location using Speed Dial or the numeric
keypad.

Press Start.
