(6) Place a sheet of paper as large as the paper
size you are setting in the bottom of the tray.
Align the paper guide plate (front) with the end
of the sheet.
Gap between the sheet and the paper guide
plate (front): 1 mm or less
(7) Tighten the two front screws. Remove the
sheet and tighten the two rear screws. (Four
SEMS II screws)
<Only for changing the paper size to Letter >
(8) Attach the end guide plate (front/rear) at the lo-
cation shown in the illustration. (Two screws for
each)

(9) Align the end guide plate (front) with the line
marked in the bottom of the tray. Attach the
end guide plate. (Two screws)
(10) Slide the tray 3 back in.
(11) Perform the same procedure for the tray 4.
(12) Touch “System 2.”
(13) Touch “LCT (Built-in) Size Settings.”
(14) Touch “Tray 3” and select the paper size that
was set for the tray 3.
(15) Touch “Tray 4” and select the paper size that
was set for the tray 4.
(16) Touch “END.”

(2) Exit from the Service Mode and return to the
initial screen.
21. Restarting the machine
Open the power switch cover on the right side of the
main body, turn OFF the main power switch, then
turn it ON again after more than 10 seconds.
