Why does [Personal User Box] not appear?

The Personal User Box tab appears only when user authentication 
settings have been applied. When the Personal User Box tab is se-
lected, only boxes registered to the user that is currently logged on 
are displayed.

If a password has been set for the box, type in the password, and then 
touch [OK].
