Mount the wheels on the hubs and then lift the complete tandem wheel assembly into the wing frame. 

Apply a little grease or machine oil to the axle pin to ease assembly and then insert the pin through the 

holes in the wing frame and wheel arm.

This step may have been completed at the factory prior to shipping.

Wheel & Hub Installation

When the wing frame is fully assembled and lowered to the ground resting on the tines, gather the 

components for the wing tandem wheel and wheel adjustment linkages.
