1.3.2. Heat pump section
Air-handling units are equipped with an integrated heat pump operating both in heating and cooling modes. All heat
pump components and a rotary heat exchanger are installed in a heat pump section. This section is also fitted with a heat
pump control electronics and automation box to which many of the main electrical components are connected (see Chapter
“Connection of Electrical Components”).
