11 - DIFFERENTIAL LOCKING PUSH BUTTON
IMPORTANT

The locking of the differential is possible only with the
1
st
, 2
nd
or 3
rd
gear engaged, both forward and reverse.
The locking of the differential in 4
th
gear is inhibited.
q
Before locking the differential, lower the speed as much
as possible, in order to reduce the impact loads on the
axle.
The locking of the differential must be used only when it is nec-
essary to engage the rear driving wheels, in case of skidding
or if the machine is stuck in sand or mud. The locking of the
differential is obtained by simply pressing the button (11) and
only with the gears engaged (1
st
, 2
nd
or 3
rd
). The locking is au-
tomatically released when the machine returns to two-wheel
drive.
The warning light (3) on the front instrument panel (see "3.3.1
pos. 3 - DIFFERENTIAL LOCKING WARNING LIGHT") sig-
nals that the differential is locked.
12 - 4 IN1 BUCKET OPENING PUSH BUTTON
On machines equipped with 4in1 bucket, the distributor for the
opening of the bucket is controlled via the push button (12) po-
sitioned on the loader control lever.
Press the button to open the bucket; when the button is re-
leased, the bucket stops.

This control is used also to lock the bucket on the equipment
carrier when the machine is equipped with hydraulic quick
coupling device.
13 - 4 IN1 BUCKET FOLDING PUSH BUTTON
On machines equipped with 4in1 bucket, the distributor for the
folding of the bucket is controlled via the push button (13) posi-
tioned on the loader control lever.
Press the button to fold the bucket; when the button is re-
leased, the bucket stops.

This control is used also to lock the bucket on the equipment
carrier when the machine is equipped with hydraulic quick
coupling device.
