• Check that the grease pump is not damaged and no grease is leaked.
• Check that the condition of the greasing points to be lubricated by the system. An adequate amount of fresh
grease can be seen.
• Check that the auto-greasing system operates normally. Perform the cycle test.
• Check the pump unit and around it. Do not splash the high-pressure water directly onto the pump.
• At every 500 hours, replace or clean the greasing port filter of the pump at the rear side of the connector on
the grease tank.
Adding grease
If the greasing lamp (yellow) (5) on the display inside the cab
(2) flashes, the grease level of grease tank has reached the
lowest level.
Add grease to the grease tank as soon as possible.
Procedure for adding grease
1.
Remove the dust cap from the greasing coupling (7).
2.
Thoroughly clean the greasing coupling (7) and the greas-
ing coupling of the greasing hose.
3.
Connect the greasing hose to the greasing coupling (7).
4.
Add grease until it reaches the highest level shown on the
grease tank (8).
5.
Remove the greasing hose, and install the dust cap.
6.
Connect the greasing hose to the greasing coupling (7) of
the greasing pump carefully so that the greasing hose
does not become dirty.
REMARK
Do not add grease until the greasing lamp (yellow) (5) is displayed on the display inside the cab.
