( f u l l flow) type is f i t t e d t o a n a d a p t e r which i s mounted d i r e c t l y on the c r a n k c a s e . T h e o t h e r type
( b y p a s s ) i s u s u a l l y m o u n t e d a t a point r e m o t e f r o m the c r a n k c a s e and u s e s e x t e r n a l o i l i n l e t and outlet
l i n e s .
When r e p l a c i n g the c a r t r i d g e type unit o r the e l e m e n t i n t h e r e m o t e type f i l t e r - - u s e only genuine
K o h l e r r e p l a c e m e n t p a r t s f r o m the K o h l e r blue a n d white p a r t s c a r t o n s . The g a s k e t s , w h e r e n e c e s s a r y ,
