Connect the Mounting Frame and Pump (cont.)
CHECK POINT # 3.
Confirm that:
The pump box is positioned
within 36” (91.4 cm) of the
tower mounting frame and is
oriented toward the suction
(water intake) line.
The suction bracket assembly
has been removed from the
pump box.
The PVC tee is positioned
between the pump outlet and
mounting frame (necessary for
proper heater operation).
Rigid 1–1/4” I.D. PVC tubing
is measured, cut and fit, but
not solvent welded.
There is a minimum 1/4” (6
mm) per foot (30.5 cm) pitch
from the tower mounting
frame to the pump outlet has
been achieved.
