3.6 Installing the carrycot
Attention!
• Rotate the pushchair's push bar so that it is in one
straight line with the frame (see fig. 28) before placing
the carrycot on the frame.
1. Engage the pushchair's parking brake.
2. Place the carrycot's canopy upright.
3. Lift the carrycot by the canopy handle.
4. Drop the plastic parts of the carrycot on the central lock
parts on the frame (see fig. 28).
You will hear a click on both sides.
Tip:
You can place the carrycot on the frame so that it is
facing forwards or backwards.
5. Check that the carrycot is securely attached.
6.
Remove or disassemble the carrycot if desired, as
described in the steps in chapter 6, ‘Disassembling‘.
4 Using the ride-along board (optional)
Danger, risk of death!
•
Never let go of the pushchair when your child is
standing on the ride-along board.
Warning!
• Never let your child stand on the ride-along board
unsupervised.
• Never let your child stand on the ride-along board
without holding on.
• Never place more than one child on the ride-along
board.
• Do not let your child sit on the ride-along board.
• Never exceed the maximum weight allowed on the ride-
along board (see chapter 9 ‘Technical specifications’).
• Do not use the ride-along board to carry loads.
• Remove your child from the ride-along board when you
manoeuvre the pushchair onto or off the pavement or
approach an obstacle.
• Remove your child from the ride-along board when you
manoeuvre the pushchair over rough and uneven
surfaces.
• Never use the ride-along board as if the pushchair were a
scooter.
Caution!
• Always remove the ride-along board before folding the
pushchair.
• Do not overload the ride-along board, the maximum
load is 20 kg.
Tip
• Hang up the ride-along board when not in use (see
section 4.3).
4.1 Installing the ride-along board
Warning!
• Check that the ride-along board is securely attached
before you allow your child to stand on it.
1. Connect the wheels (logo facing outwards) to the
bottom of the ride-along board with a click (see fig. 29).
2. Engage the pushchair's parking brake.
3. Fit the ride-along board in place in the designated points
on the rear axle of the pushchair with a click (see fig. 30).
Attention:
Do not install the ride-along board upside
down. The wheels on the ride-along board must be on
the ground.
4.2 Adjusting the ride-along board
The ride-along board has 2 modes: a short one and a long
one (see fig. 29). These modes are convenient if you want to
place your child closer to or further away from the pushchair.
The ride-along board is now in the short mode.
1. Squeeze both locking detents at the bottom of the ride-
along board and pull out the ride-along board.
2. Check that both locking detents are fully visible.
The ride-along board is now in the long mode.
1. Squeeze both locking detents at the bottom of the ride-
along board and push the ride-along board inwards.
2. Check that both locking detents are fully visible.
