Icons: Image Viewer
window
The Image Viewer window provides the following options:
Icons: Index window
When you click on the index icon, the index data is displayed on the
right side of the Index window. From the Index window you can view the
index fields and make any necessary corrections to the content within
each field.
The following indexing icons are available:
Starts scanning.
Stops scanning.
Goes to the previous document.
Goes to the next document.
starts outputting all the images.
allows you to delete the scanned documents that have not
been output.
provides access to the index fields. When you click on this
icon, the Index screen will be displayed.
moves to the previous document number containing
images.
moves to the next document number containing images.
goes to the next document that has an invalid index.
exits indexing and saves any changes.
exits indexing without saving any changes.
