Setting up Misfeed Detection
This option provides a combination of several multifeed features of the
scanner including multifeed detection sensitivity and intelligent document
protection which determines how aggressively the scanner detects documents
that enter the scanner incorrectly.
1. Select
Application Overrides
from the Settings screen to access the
misfeed detection settings.
2. Select
Misfeed Detection
from the Application Overrides screen.
3. Select one of the misfeed detection options. When
Low, Medium
or
High
is selected, multifeed detection will be enabled with the Interactive
Multifeed action and all three sensors will be turned on. The Intelligent
Document Protection feature will also be enabled.

button, then press the
Go Back
(X) button to return to the
Application Overrides screen.
