Cleaning and maintenance
• Always pull the mains plug out
of the socket before cleaning.
• Never immerse the appliance in
water.
• Rinse out the inside of the appli-
ance. Only clean the outside of
the appliance with a moist cloth.
Do not use any sharp or abra-
sive cleaning equipment.
• Regularly treat the appliance
with a standard limescale remo-
ver. Pay attention to the manu-
facturer's instructions for use.
Limescale deposits on the base
of the appliance lead to losses
in power and can impair the
service life of the appliance.
Thoroughly rinse the appliance
with clear water after limescale
removal.
• Use the cable holder and plug
storage (7) on the underside of
appliance after use.
• Only allow repairs to the appli-
ance and replacement of dama-
ged mains cables to be carried
out by the manufacturer, custo-
mer services or a similarly quali-
fied person to avoid any dan-
gers.
Guarantee repairs are only
carried out by the manufacturer.

Disposal
The packaging and packaging ma-
terials are made exclusively from en-
vironmentally-friendly materials.
They can be disposed of in the local
waste containers.
This product may not be disposed
of in the normal household waste at
the end of its service life in accor-
dance with the electrical and elect-
ronic equipment law. Therefore
please give it free of charge to your
community collection point (e.g. re-
cycling yard) for recycling electrical
and electronic equipment. Your
community or council administration
will inform you about the disposal
options.
