Electrode slope
Specified in mV/pH. It is different for each electrode
and changes with age and wear.
Electrode statistics
The electrode statistics provide the electrode data
of the last three calibrations and the first calibration.
Electrode zero point
Voltage output by a pH electrode at pH 7 (for devi-
ating nominal zero point at correspondingly differ-
ent pH value). It is different for each electrode and
changes with age and wear.
enter
Key for confirming entries.
First calibration
During first calibration, the electrode data are
stored as reference values for electrode statistics.
GLP
Good Laboratory Practice: Guidelines for perfor-
mance and documentation of measurements in the
laboratory.
Isothermal potential
The isothermal potential is the potential at which
the calibration curves for different temperatures in-
tersect. Ideally, this is at 0 mV.
Knick Drycheck
®
Knick Drycheck
®
monitors the electrodes and alerts
for dry out, glass breakage and defective connec-
tions.
Knick Fullcheck
®
Device self test, checks complete measuring cir-
cuitry, signal processing, memories, display, and
keypad.
meas
This key allows return to measuring mode from all
other levels.
Measuring mode
When no function level is activated, the meter is in
measuring mode. The two displays indicate the re-
spectively assigned variable.
