BENUTZUNG DER MASCHINE

Eine gut durchdachte Überlegung über die Maschine fördert ein
sicheres Arbeiten.
- Wählen Sie das Werkzeug passend zur Vorschubgeschwindigkeit
und zum Holz.
- Überprüfen Sie das Werkzeug (Zustand der Schneidflächen
und der Kontaktflächen), denn nur hochwertige Werkzeuge
garantieren Qualitätsarbeit.
- Montieren Sie das Werkzeug in die richtige Drehrichtung.
- Stellen Sie die Schnitthöhe und den Schnittwinkel ein (bei
stillstehender Maschine).
- Stellen Sie den Anschlag und die Führungen ein (bei
stillstehender Maschine).
- Für eine optimale Sicherheit ziehen Sie alle beweglichen Teile
an (Handräder, Hebel ...).
- Überzeugen Sie sich, dass sich kein Werkzeug auf der Maschine
befindet.
- Überzeugen Sie sich auch, dass kein Risiko besteht, dass
irgendein Teil in Kontakt mit rotierenden Teilen kommt.
- Machen Sie Proben nur mit allen Sicherheitseinrichtungen
montiert.
- Schalten Sie die Maschine durch Drücken auf den Knopf
(V1)
ein.

A well thought-off reflection of the machine ensures a safe
working.
- Choose the tool matching the infeed speed and the wood.
- Check the tool (condition of the cutting edges and the contact
surfaces). Only high-quality tools guarantee a perfect result.
- Fit the tool in the correct turning direction.
- Set cutting height and cutting angle (with the machine at
standstill).
- Set the fence and guards (with the machine at standstill).
- For a perfect safety, tighten all moving parts (hand wheels,
levers …).
- Make sure no tool is left on the machine.
- Make also sure that there is no risk of an object getting in touch
with the rotating elements.
- Make test mouldings only with all safety devices fitted.
- Switch the machine on by pressing the button (
