Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
REMOVING THE ICE MAKER INLET HEATED FILL TUBE
1.
Unplug refrigerator or disconnect power.
2.
Remove the main and louvered decora-
tive panels (see page 4-2).
3.
Remove the eight screws from the unit
compartment front cover, and pull the cover
forward out of the way (see page 4-2).
4.
Disconnect the heated fill tube wire con-
nector from the harness (see the photo at
the top of the right column).
5.
Remove the three hex-head screws from
the ice maker inlet heated fill tube cover
and remove the cover.

6.
Press the front locking ring on the John
Guest fitting and slide the fitting off the
inlet.

7.
Remove the two hex-head screws from
the ice maker inlet heated fill tube, and pull
the fill tube straight up and out of the unit.
