1. Stop the engine and remove the key
from the ignition.
2. Press down the belt between pulleys.
3. Adjust belt's tension.
4. Replace the damaged belt.
Stop the engine before check-

ADJUSTING PROCEDURE
1. Loosen the lock nut and turn the turn-
buckle to adjust the rod length until
the proper toe-in measurement is
obtained.
2. Retighten the lock nut.

(A) Wheel - to - wheel distance at rear
(B) Wheel - to - wheel distance at front
1. Park tractor on a flat place
2. Turn steering wheel so front wheels
are pointed straight ahead.
3. Lower the implement, lock the park-
ing brake and stop the engine.
4. Measure distance between tire
beads(center) at front of tire and hub
height.
5. Measure distance between tire
beads at the rear of tire and hub
height.
6. Front distance should be 2~8mm
less than rear distance. If not, ad-
