If one of the rear wheels should slip,use
the differential lock. This will cause both
wheels to turn together. The differential
lock is engaged only when the pedal is
depressed.
IMPORTANT
WARNING
To avoid personal injury due to loss
of steering control.
Do not operate the tractor at high
speeds with the differential lock
engaged.
Do not attempt to turn with the dif-
ferential lock engaged.

OPERATING THE TRACTOR ON A ROAD
Make sure that the warning lamps and
SMV sign are clean and visible at all times.
If you are towing rear mounted equip-
ment or implements you will need to in-
stall the warning lamps and SMV sign on
the equipment.
CAUTION
To avoid personal injury:
To help assure straight line stops
when driving at transport speeds,
lock the brake pedals together. Un-
even braking at road speeds could
cause the tractor to roll-over.
When traveling on road with 3-point
hitch mounted implement attached,
be sure to have sufficient front
weight on the tractor to maintain
steering ability.
