Test time setting (ACW)

Sets the test time (TIMER). This setting is enabled when SOUR:VOLT:TIM:STAT is set to ON.

Sets whether to stop testing after the set test time elapses (TIMER ON/OFF). Use SOUR:VOLT:TIM to
set the test time.
