  On the inside edge of (083) Back Wall Panel, measure 2” up from the floor and place EN71 Hand Rail so it is 

flush to the edge as shown in fig. 16.4. The bottom of the Handrail should be centered on (021) Left Access. Pre-

drill holes using a 3/16” (4.8 mm) drill bit then attach EN71 Hand Rail using 2 (WL3) 1/4 x 1-3/8” Wafer Lags (with
