Current Limit and Voltage Range Error
You will see the warning messages below when the voltage and current limit set
does not match the values supported by the SMU modules installed in N6705C.
There are two options:
– By default, the software will round up the values to the nearest range.
– View the
List of Supported SMU and Electronic Load Modules
and ensure that
the set current limit and voltage values falls within the range according to the
SMU modules.
* This is only applicable for the KS833A1B software. KS833A1A users may
consider upgrading to the KS833A1B for this capability.
Licenses Not Found
You will see the pop-up window when the Keysight KS833A1A/KS833A1B
Event-Based Power Analysis software is unable to detect the licenses required
within the target PC.
Here’s a few tips that you can try:
– Verify the validity of the KS833A1A/KS833A1B and KS8000A licenses in
