Remove the two flathead screws from the support sleeve.

Fit the terminal block support sleeve against the module so the openings on 

the sleeve line up with the connectors and the center screw hole as shown.

Replace the panhead screw. Then replace and tighten the two flathead screws 

to secure the sleeve to the module.
