Installation Procedure for the Upgrade

The instrument automatically reads the license file(s) from the USB flash
drive, validates the file(s), and installs the option(s). Generally, warnings
or error messages may be ignored.

Wait >1 minute for your Option to be installed.
The instrument will not prompt you when the upgrade has been
completed.
6.
The PNA application automatically restarts after the option installation has
been completed.
Optional: Cycle power on the instrument to activate the newly installed
option upgrade(s). (Press the power button once to power down the
instrument.)
Option Verification Procedure
Once the analyzer has restarted and the Network Analyzer program is again
running:
1.
On the analyzer’s Help menu, press About Network Analyzer.
2.
Verify that “417” is listed, but “217” is not listed after “Options:” in the
display. Click OK.
Attempting to re-install a license file that is already installed may generate
a “Corrupt Media” error message. Ignore this message.
If the option has not been enabled or if the older option license has not
been removed, perform the prior steps again. If the options are still not
