Control

IP Device Control -

For IP Control, KD-WP8 sends commands directly to the devices via the network. No

Master Controller necessary.

•

Ensure that the KD-WP8 is on the same network with the device you are controlling via IP.

•

Refer to the

Programming Events

section for more information.

•

Refer to the Owner’s Manual of the device for control codes.

•

Some devices may require IP control to be enabled in the setup menu and power saver / eco mode to be

disabled to be controlled when in power off / standby.

•

Verify control of the device using a terminal software like
