Warranty and liability
In principle, the Kesseböhmer Ergonomietechnik GmbH “general terms and conditions of sale and
delivery” apply. Warranty and liability claims concerning personal injury and damage to property
are excluded if they are attributable to one or more of the following causes:

Disregarding the documentation

Inadequate monitoring of system parts subject to wear and tear

Unauthorised repairs
•
Unauthorised and improper modification of operating parameters

Catastrophes, external influences and force majeure
