No power to appliance

Direct Prep
O
Not all of the discs listed will be included in your pack as discs
supplied are dependent upon the model variant. Refer to the
‘Service and Customer Care’ section for information on how to
buy a disc not included in your pack.

Always use fresh food.
O
Do not cut food up too small. Fill the width of the feed tube
fairly full. This prevents the food from slipping sideways during
processing.
O
There will always be a small amount of waste left on the disc
after processing.
O
When grating food placed upright will come out shorter than
food placed horizontally.
Factory reset
Important
O
When disposing of the appliance, it is important to factory reset
it to protect your personal data.
O
Selecting this option will erase all WiFi data stored on the
appliance and restore it to factory settings.
O
To factory reset your appliance, select Settings
>Factory
Reset.
Weighing
O
The weighing function is accurate up to 6kg/ 13lb 3oz.
O
Always ensure the weighing bowl is thoroughly clean before
placing items directly on its surface.
O
Do not place hot food or hot containers such as saucepans onto
the weighing bowl.
O
Never cut food on the weighing bowl, as sharp implements such
as knives will damage the surface.
O
Do not subject the appliance to excessive force.
