FA Pressure Flow Control unit:
•
It`s recommended to clean FA Pressure Flow Control unit every time after work
•
Check individual parts and replace damaged
•
Cleaning must be carried out in a well ventilated room
•
Avoid inhaling harmful dust settled on units individual parts and accessories
•
Don
´t use cleaning agents containing solvents or abrasives
•
Mild soap detergent and warm water is recommended
•
Rinse air hose with clean water
•
Clean with damp cloth
•
Each part must be wiped dry after cleaning
FA Pressure Conditioner:
•
Once a week, drain condensate from bottom of the unit
•
Use drain cock located at the base of unit
•
Disconnect unit first from compressed air supply
•
Replace filter at least once in every 3 months
•
After this period
•
Viruses and bacteria may proliferate in units filter if it
´s used regularly
•
Absorption capacity of activated carbon to eliminate odor may be exhausted
•
If air leaving FA Pressure Conditioner smells in any way, replace filter immediately
•
When replacing filter, clean inner part of container with a dry cloth
