FA Pressure Flow C FA Pressure Conditioner:
•
Check that all components are in good condition with no visible damage
•
Connect FA Pressure Conditioner to a suitable breathing air distribution system
•
Air source must be equipped with safety valve
•
If FA Pressure Conditioner is not used, air supply must comply with EN 12 021 Standard
•
Attach enclosed hose connector and screw it in
•
Only original and certified air hoses are recommended to use supplied by manufacturer
•
Check that air pressure in distribution system is in range 300
– 1000 kPa
•
Attach unit onto belt and fit connecting air hose to it
•
Using quick coupling
•
Connect pressure hose from compressed air source to FA Pressure unit
•
FA Pressure Conditioner to FA Pressure Flow Control hose max length is 10
m
•
Check air flow as explained in "Air flow test"
•
Lowest allowable flow rate is 170 l / min
Inspection always before every use:
Visually check individual parts
•
Particularly air hose and sealing elements for damages
•
Check that hose is fitted correctly to air unit and to head part connector
•
Air pressure in distribution system must be in range 300
– 1000 kPa
•
Check sufficient air flow into hose and ensure air supply into head parts breathing zone
