Air flow test
If flow rate is different, proceed as follows:
•
In air flow measuring, follow flow indicator instructions
•
Pull plastic screw cap out to adjustment position
•
Turn counter clockwise by hand until it stops
•
Lever cap off from regulation valve with a flat screwdriver
•
Keep noise silencer in place
•
Connect flow meter to regulation valve
•
Turn on air supply and adjust flow rate to 170 l / min
•
Air flow is sufficient, if cones top is in green area
•
Read flow meter manually
•
Close air supply
•
Conditioner has still some pressure in it
•
It will last for few seconds after air supply is closed
•
Replace plastic cap to regulation valve
•
Use firm pressing action
WARNING:
Test is indication of mechanical filter state capacity of activated
carbon filter in FA Pressure Conditioner may already be exhausted, even at a
sufficient flow rate filter should be replaced when odor is noticeable at least every
3 months.
