TIPS
Cut food into small pieces to shorten the preparation time. Shake chopped foods halfway through the
cooking time for better frying results. You can add some oil to fresh potatoes to make them crispier. From a
temperature of 170 ° -180 °, the arcrylamide increases abruptly in carbohydrate and starch-containing
Food. Therefore, pay attention to a not too high frying temperature! Do not prepare too greasy foods, such
as Sausages too. Foods that can be used for cooking in an oven are also suitable for cooking in this
appliance. For cakes or quiches or other sensitive foods, use a baking dish or casserole dish and place
them in the frying basket.
