Disconnect the plug from the mains. Before you clean the device, it should be
sufficiently cooled after use. Do not pour the liquid until it has cooled sufficiently
to avoid scalding. Never immerse the device in water as it may be damaged.
Clean the device after each use. After each cooking process, remove grease from the bottom of the
frying bowl and the frying basket to prevent smoke from forming.
Open the drawer to allow the unit to cool faster. Let the frying pan and frying basket cool down before
removing it from the appliance.
The frying bowl and the frying basket are non-stick coated. When cleaning these parts, do not use
metal utensils or abrasive cleaners, as this may damage the non-stick coating.
1. Unplug the power cord and allow the unit to cool.
2. Clean the surfaces of the unit with a damp cloth.
Note: Make sure that there is no moisture on the control panel. Dry the control panel with a cloth after
cleaning it.
3. Clean the frying bowl and the frying basket with hot water, a little detergent and a non-scratching
sponge.
You can use a degreasing cleaner to remove any remaining dirt. Note: The frying bowl and the frying
basket are dishwasher safe. Tip: If residues stick in the frying basket or on the bottom of the frying
bowl, fill the frying bowl with hot water and some detergent. Put the frying basket in the frying bowl
and let the frying bowl and the frying basket soak for about 10 minutes.
4. Clean the inside of the unit with hot water and a non-abrasive sponge. 5. Clean the heating element
with a cleaning brush to remove any food residues.
