Turn the power switch to ON. Ready to use. If the ma-
chine doesn’t start at once emergency stop is not
pressed

The electrical motor starts as soon as both green but-
tons are pressed. NOTE! Both buttons must be hold
press for the blade to start and keep running. The mo-
tor turns off automatically when one of the button is
not released.
SECURE THE LOG ON THE RAIL
1.) Roll the log up towards the stop.
2) Lock the log onto the log support,
ensure that the log cannot come
loose during operation
3.) Set the desired cutting height
using the height adjustment crank,
use measurement scale
SAWING:
1.) When the band saw has come up
to the correct speed Move the saw
carriage forward and cut off the sap-
wood, Remove the sapwood and
pull back the carriage to the starting
position
2) Loosen the log, turn it 180 °, and
secure the log, push the saw carriage forwards and cut off the sapwood.
3.) Loosen the log and turn it 90 ° Set the desired cutting height using the height adjustment
crank and trolley forward. Do the same procedure on the last side of the log
4.) When all sides are flat, cut up the log in the desired thickness according to previous instruc-
tions.
Remember to compensate for the thickness of the bandsaw blade for each adjustment of the
height of the bandsaw blade.
RETIGHETEN THE BOLTS AND NUTS AFTER 2 HOURS OF OPERATION!
