7.  Mount the measurement scale on the stabilizing frame.

8.  Assemble the water tank, accordning to the pictures below. The copper pipe which is 

located on the ending of the water hose is mounted underneath the cutter head unit. 

The copper pipe should point to the blade so that the water beam hits the blade during 

operation. Take caution when tightening the bolt  that holds the copper pipe in place.
