Continuous D/A Operations
Get a handle to D/A subsystem 0
with olDaGetDASS

Initialize the device driver and get the
device handle with olDaInitialize .
Set up the output channel list
(see page 61 ).
Go to the next page.
Specify OL_DF_CONTINUOUS with
olDaSetDataFlow .
Continuous mode is the default setting.
Set the data flow to
OLSSC_SUP_2SCOMP for twos
complement data encoding using
olDaSetEncoding.
Set the channel type to
OLSSC_SUP_SINGLEENDED using
olDaSetChannelType .
Set the output range using
olDaSetRange .
Specify a range of
–
10 V to 10 V.

Specify D/A subsystem 0 for an analog output operation. This subsystem supports analog
output channels DAC0 and DAC1. The resolution of the D/A subsystem is fixed at 12-bits.
