The
*IDN?
(Identification) common query returns the Model 2290-10 device configuration. The
response string is in the format:
KEITHLEY INSTRUMENTS INC., MODEL 2290-10, <serial_number>, <version_number>
Where:
2290-10 is the model number.
serial_number is the serial number of the particular unit.
version_number is the 3-digit firmware version level.
*WAI
The
*WAI
common command is a synchronization command that halts further command processing
until all present commands are complete. For example, the commands
WAI
and
HVON
will wait until
the operation is complete, and turn the high voltage back on.
Status reporting commands
The following commands control various status reporting aspects.
*CLS
The
*CLS
(Clear Status) common command clears all status registers.
*ESE(?) <n>
The
*ESE
common command sets the Standard Event Status Enable Register. The parameter <n> is
the decimal value that programs the enable register.
