5.3 User Security
5.3.1
User Management
Go to
Settings > System > User Security > User
.
Add:
Click “
Add
”, and enter “User Name” and “Password” in the popup interface. Select user type from the
dropdown list of
“User Type”, and assign operation authority to newly added user from the “Authorization
List
”. Click “Confirm”.

Note: It is suggested to set complicated password in the form of combination of 8~16 digits,
case-sensitive letters or special symbols. The system will judge the password strength according to the
complexity of the password. Only when the password strength being
“Good” or “Strong” can the setting be
successful.
Delete:
Select user IP and click “Delete” to delete the user.
Modify:
Select
user IP and click “Modify” to modify in the popup interface.
5.3.2
IP Filter
By setting IP address filtering, user can manage access authentication to the web client.
White List means the IP addresses able to access to the client while Black List means the IP addresses
unable to access to the client.
Enable:
Select filter method from the dropdown list, Black List, White List,
or “
Disable
”.
Add:
After select filter method, click “
Add
” and input IP address in the popup interface, and click “
Confirm
”.
