5. Settings
Some models may not support some of the functions stated below. User operation is subject to the actual models and
clients.
5.1 Network Access
The Initial Configuration part has introduced how to modify parameters via IPCSearch to make camera access
to network. Camera accepts multiple methods (via Ethernet and PPPoE) to access to network. The following
will introduce how to configure camera network parameters through the web client.

Ethernet
Go to
Settings > Network > IP and Port > LAN,
as shown in the picture to configure IP Address, Subnet
Mask and Default Gateway.

*Positioning
Go to
Settings > Network > IP and Port > Positioning
. Check
“
Enable
” to obtain the geographic
coordinates of the device.
Mode
: Options include GPS, BDS and Mixed mode. BDS: China Beidou navigation satellite system; GPS:
Global Position System; Mixed mode: BDS + GPS.
Report-to-center Interval
: Interval of sending data to the platform, ranging 5-120s. User can configure
according to the change frequency of device geographic coordinates, 5s by default.
Speed unit
: The moving speed unit of the device, options including km/ h and mile/ h.
Current speed
: Current moving speed of the device.
Current position
: Current longitude and latitude info of the device.
