Chargepoint ID Character
string Descriptive name for the charging station.
Central System Ad-
dress URL URL address of the OCPP central system. The URL is structured
as follows (example):

● IP address or domain of the OCPP host.
● The port where the OCPP host is reached.
● The path where the OCPP central system is hosted on the
server.
Please note: The URL must at least fulfill the Internet Standard
RFC 3986.
Set secure connection true ; false This parameter facilitates the definition of an encrypted connec-
tion between the OCPP host and the charging station. This re-
quires the importing of certificates into the charging station.

Defines the IP address where the OCPP central system can
reach the charging station.
Here, the URL from the charging station is merged from this pa-
rameter and the parameter
Chargepoint Port .
● If the OCPP host is located on the same network as the
charging station, the local IP address of the charging station
is specified. Make sure that this is a static IP address in this
case.
● If the OCPP host and the charging station are not on the
same network, a public IP address must be specified where
the charging station can be reached externally. On the net-
work router, a port forwarding from this public IP address to
the local IP address must be set up.
● If localhost is entered, the address will be determined auto-
matically. If a GSM connection is used, the IP address of the
SIM card will be dynamically determined and entered.
Chargepoint Port 1024 - 65535 Port where the charging station can be reached.
Predefined Token Character
string Defines a predefined token (any character string) to be sent to the
OCPP host if no token is available.
