5.3 Carrying out the configuration
Start with the initialization of the USB stick as described in chapter " 5.1 Installing the USB stick [48] " (if
this has not yet been done).
Filename: The configuration file on the USB stick can be used for configuring one or more charging stations.
Depending on the file name, the configuration file is valid for one or more charging stations.
P30_serialnumber.conf The configuration file is valid for a specific charging station with the
matching serial number.
P30.conf The configuration file is valid for all charging stations.
Adapting and transferring the configuration
Open the configuration file on the PC in the CFG folder using an editor (e.g. Notepad).
Adapt the parameter values in the configuration file according to your requirements. For details, see
chapter "
5.2 Overview of the configuration parameters [49] ".
Save the configuration file and eject the USB stick properly.

Insert the initialized USB stick into the USB port of the charging

figuration.
Wait until the prompt to eject and unplug the device appears on the
display.
Unplug the USB stick. Make sure that the SIM card (if GSM is
being used) is not removed.

4 The system will restart automatically after the configuration has

5 If the last segment of the status LED does not light up, no connec-
tion to the OCPP host was able to be established.
Check the configuration and repeat the procedure.
You can check using the following Internet address whether the
MASTER charging station has established a connection in the
Internet.
