Maintenance
Regularly check the bike trailer with respect to loose or worn parts, ripped material or open seams in the rain
cover Repair or replace damaged/worn parts If the air pressure in the tyres is too high or too low, it can make
the bike trailer difficult to handle Only standard tyres should be used for the bike trailer
Cleaning
Clean the bike trailer regularly by wiping all parts with a damp cloth, in particular if it has been exposed
to salt water, sand and similar Only use washing-up liquid and water for cleaning Never use abrasive
cleaners
Storage
Store the bike trailer in a dry place, and remember to ensure that it is completely dry before being put
away Avoid storing the trailer in direct sunlight, which can fade the fabric and make it brittle
When dismantling the bike trailer fully or partially for storage, follow the instructions in reverse order
Remember to push the locking pins all the way in and secure them with the retaining clips
Check the trailer before and after use, as well as following storage Check that both bike and trailer
are in good condition prior to each use
