Piston installation
Install the piston, piston pin and new piston retaining
ring.
Note: When installing the piston, the side marked
with the
“
IN
”
mark should be aligned with the
intake valve.
The end gap of the piston pin retaining ring should be
staggered from the piston incision
Note: When assembling after
disassembly, be sure to use a new
piston
Pin retaining ring
Do not let the piston pin retaining
ring fall into the crankcase.
