Before installing your switc
h/transmitter, c
oat the sensor
threads with plant-approved lubric
ant or sealant to
prevent threads from binding.
2.
Extra c
aution should be taken not to over-tighten the
sensor threads while installing.
3.
Install the switc
h/transmitter, taking into ac
c
ount the
orientation of the sensor as desc
ribed below.
4.
Keep in mind the need for easy ac
c
ess, safety of
personnel and a suitable switc
h/transmitter
environment. In general, install the switc
h/transmitter so
as to minimize vibration, shoc
k, and extreme
temperature fluc
tuations.
The CLASSIC sensor is marked with the universal symbol
