Komodo Fiber Reference Guide

The KOMODO Fiber board with all the loopback fixtures connected can be seen in Figure 16.

To run the diagnostic follow the below steps:

Make sure Quartus II is installed on your PC.

Install KOMODO Fiber board into the PC.

Connect the USB Blaster cable (or USB-Blaster II cable) to the KOMODO Fiber board and

host PC. Install the USB Blaster driver if necessary

Connect the QSFP and SFP+ loopback fixtures to the board.

Power on the PC

Run diagnostic.bat file located under fpga_reference_design\output_files\ folder in the

software CD.
