7 Calibrate the Everest engine Base Camp 4140

7.2 Mill the calibration body
▶ Transfer the blank to a new bed according to processing instructions
(Mat. no. 1.002.2090).
Note
Do not forget metal primer.
▶ Wait approximately 15 to 20 minutes until the embedding plastic is sufficiently
hardened.
▶ Close the safety doors.
▶ Press the Start function key on the control panel.
▶ Press the Start function key on the control panel.
The gripping yoke swings into the horizontal position.
▶ Close the safety doors.
Insert tools
The Everest engine Base Camp swings the B axis into the tool exchanging position.
