4.8. Ventilation Covers
There are fixed type ventilation covers
on the front panel and rear doors of non-
insulated vehicles that allow air to enter
the vehicle.
Ventilation cover
In insulated vehicles, there are two venti-
lation holes, one on the front panel of the
vehicle and the other on the rear door.
The parts of the ventilation holes that
open to the outside are covered with a
closable cover to prevent rainwater, dust
and dirt from entering.
Opening the cover:
The handle at the
bottom of the cover is secured with a
plastic holder. To open the cover, release
the handle from the holder, open the cov-
er by pulling it towards you and fix the
handle with the help of the holder.
Carefully snap the open cover
into the holder. Incorrect at-
tachment of the cover to the
holder may cause the cover to
fall and become damaged.
Do not open the door without
closing the rear vent cover.
Otherwise, damage to the side
panel may occur.
Closing the cover:
Release the handle
attached to the holder from the holder,
push the lid in the other direction and
snap it into the other holder.
Opening and closing the outer cover of
the front panel vent is the same as open-
ing and closing the outer cover of the
rear door vent.
Care should be taken not to
trap the hand between the
handle and the latch when clo-
sing
and
opening
the
ventilation.
Before opening the door, the
ventilation cover must be clo-
sed. Otherwise, damage to the
side panel or vent cover may
occur.
4.9. Ventilation Tunnel
There may be a ventilation flap to opti-
mize the air distribution inside the
vehicle.
