8.15 Anti-tippers
Anti-tippers prevent the wheelchair from tipping backwards.
To mount the anti-tippers, press the release buttons (A) then inserting them
into the back of the side frame. Ensure the release buttons (A) pop out
properly in the fixing hole.
Rotate the anti-tippers by pressing the release buttons (A) and turning them
up for the inactive position. Ensure the buttons (A) pop out again into place.
The minimum distance between the rear wheel and the anti-tipper should be 5
cm, and the maximum distance between the ground and the anti-tipper should
be 5 cm.

Please always check that the anti-tippers are working before
using the wheelchair. Anti-tippers that are incorrectly set or
damaged can lead to tipping over. Please turn to a Karma
authorized dealer when anti-tippers need to be installed or
readjusted.
