5. Warranty
Karma offers a 5-year guarantee on the frame and cross-braces and a 1-year
guarantee on the gas strut after delivery to the customer. Your local supplier
will carry out this warranty.
The wheelchair must be repaired by a Karma designated Customer Service
agent. This warranty is VOID if the original chair serial number is removed or
altered. Please get in touch with our Karma authorized dealers for warranty
claims.
The warranty does not apply to damage or faults of the product caused by
wrong or improper use or neglected maintenance.
This guarantee does not apply to components susceptible to wear, such as
brakes, bearings, footplates, pads, side guards, upholsteries, wheels, etc.
The warranty does not cover consequential costs arising from the rectification
of defects, such as freight and travel expenses, labor costs, fees, etc.
Karma reserves the right to alter the specifications at any time. No
responsibility can be accepted for any changes in the specifications.
Change of specification can originate from availability of parts, product
improvement based on market experience, changed legislation, etc.
